Our semi-private fitness training programs are great for those individuals who enjoy working out with another person and don't like solo workouts. It all starts with a fitness evaluation provided by a certified fitness trainer. There are many helpful exercises that can only be done with another person. This is also great to create competition on your day to day fitness exercises, this will encourage you to try your hardest in each session. Another great benefit of our semi-private training program is that it is cost effective and can be more fun and challenging for many people. Our semi-private training program is great for couples who would enjoy working out together. This is also a great way to destress and bond.
