Fitness Consultation
A one (1) hour session that includes a fitness evaluation, modified workout and customized nutritional plan with a certified trainer. This is a great way to find out your present fitness level and a plan for moving forward.


Test Drive Personal Training
This four (4) week “modified” program is designed to educate male clients in the important areas of cardio vascular conditioning, resistive weight training, core and nutrition. The program includes a fitness evaluation and one (1-hour) training sessions with a certified personal trainer per week for (4) full weeks. (4 sessions total)


Senior Fitness for Him
This four (4) week program is designed with today’s senior man in mind. This plan offers functional fitness to allow you to perform your day-to-day activities with ease. Core training is also an integral part of this program to help increase your fitness stability, flexibility and agility. The program includes a fitness evaluation and one (1-hour) training sessions with a certified personal trainer per week for (4) full weeks. (4 sessions total)


Lean and Mean Program
This eight (8) week program is centered towards increasing metabolism, cardio vascular endurance and lean muscle while stripping away that unwanted body fat. A combination of intense cardio vascular conditioning, resistive weight training and nutritional guidance are used in combination to get YOU to your goal fitness level. This plan includes (2) fitness evaluations and two (1-hour) training sessions, with a certified personal trainer, per week for (8) full weeks. (16 sessions total)


Body Building for Him
This eight (8) week program is for the novice fitness buff that wants to make a noticeable change in body composition. The program focuses primarily on decreasing body fat while increasing lean muscle mass. Exercises using free weights and targeting specific body areas include super-sets, pyramids and tri-sets. This plan includes (2) fitness evaluations and three (1-hour) training sessions, with a certified personal trainer, per week for (8) full weeks. (24 sessions total)
