Fitness Consultation
A one (1) hour session that includes a fitness evaluation, modified workout and customized nutritional plan with a certified trainer. This is a great way to find out your present fitness level and a plan for moving forward. The ABC’s of Fitness This four (4) week introductory program is designed to educate women in the important areas of cardio vascular conditioning, resistive weight training, core and nutrition. Proper exercise form, safety and equipment function are taught and emphasized. The program includes a fitness evaluation and one (1-hour) training sessions with a certified personal trainer per week for (4) full weeks. (4 sessions total) Senior Fitness for Her This four (4) week program is designed with today’s senior woman in mind. This plan offers functional fitness to allow you to perform your day-to-day activities with ease. Core training is also an integral part of this program to help increase your fitness stability, flexibility and agility. The program includes a fitness evaluation and one (1-hour) training sessions with a certified personal trainer per week for (4) full weeks. (4 sessions total) Tone and Tighten This eight (8) week program is centered towards increasing metabolism, cardio vascular endurance and toning and tightening your body. A combination of intense cardio vascular conditioning, resistive weight training, core and nutritional guidance are used in combination to get YOU toned and tightened. Problem areas such as hips, thighs, stomach, gluts and arms are addressed specifically in this program. The plan includes (2) fitness evaluations and two (1-hour) training sessions, with a certified personal trainer, per week for (8) full weeks. (16 sessions total) Fountain of Youth This eight (8) week program is for the woman who is ready to make a real difference in their overall appearance. The plan focuses primarily on a positive change in body composition using free weights, circuit machines, bands, balls, cardio equipment and most of all a complete nutritional plan. Get rid of unwanted body fat and create the body you have always wanted. This plan includes (2) fitness evaluations and three (1-hour) training sessions, with a certified personal trainer, per week for (8) full weeks. (24 sessions total) |
